Three Options For Musharraf (Emergency,Marshall Law or War with India)

The concern of America about Pakistan's nuclear weapons is very important and sensitive issue.Every patriotic person have this strong desire that his country should be decent,graceful,serious and strong.My wish is also that,but in may 1998 when Pakistan is going to be experimenting his atomic power at that time i gave advised to the ruling leader of the country i.e Mr Nawaz Sharif through my column in "Daily jang" that Pakistan should not do nuclear explosion and instead of it avail those facilities which was offered by America with several other developed countries at that time.I was against of it because of country's economic condition, non serious behaviour of politicians including army and our judiciary.

Iam sorry to say that uptil now Pakistan is still unstable and victim of hesitation.But this does'nt means that we can't secure our valuable assests. Today America's concern or intentions about Pakistan's nuclear weapons programme is totally correct.If the situation of Pakistan going on this track continously as today then this intention will also rise by other countries including India and Afghanistan.

Today Pakistan is passing through a miserable condition or we can say through a big path of tragedy.Both friends as well as enemies are looking towards Pakistan strangely.The nation of Pakistan is totally disturbed inside themselves and looking clearly the ? on the future of Pakistan.

Sixty years Pakistan is quite young in the history of countries but it is not an infant baby,this is our bad luck that rule of army in Pakistan and its involvement of army in each and every institution of country resulting in the destablization of institutions and pre-mature behaviour of Pakistani's and uptil now the harm of emergency,marshall law and war with India is still knocking on the door of Pakistan.Pakistan's seem to be paralyzed by its ruling leaders some time they called as democratic,sometimes they called as that they love army to rule them,sometimes as religious extremists,sometimes as liberal and secular and this multi division of Pakistani's is very harmful for the big political parties of the country.Whereas this division of Pakistani's on the basis of religion and on regional level is use as to extend the rule of army,and army rulers never ever
turns Pakistani's to formed as serious,decent and graceful as well as Pakistan too.

America's concern over atomic weapons of Pakistan is totally correct but will the solution of this issue results in quiting of nuclear weapons by Pakistan?"Not",obviously each and every single Pakistani answer is no on this. Not even its results in the restriction of earning basic needs decently and not even it results in the army deployment on Pakistan.Because the nation of Pakistan wants to stand decently,seriously along with the modern countries. Pakistan have one single issue i.e is of the retired and on duty army generals who are always dividing the people of Pakistan and support religious extremists.The area which is identified by the whole world as the shelter (whereabouts) of religious extremists,Taliban and Al-Qaeeda is the heaven of these generals of army.

This area is the total of 3.5% of Pakistan.The total area of Pakistan is about 796,096 sq/km,whereas the area which is connected with Afghanistan's border is the region which is exporting Drugs,Weapons and Sucide bombers to the whole world,it is about only 27,220 sq/km.

"IF" America who is perplexed about Pakistan's atomic programme wants to finish his distress seriously then it have to pay attention only on that area of Pakistan where the law of U.N.O, Pakistan as well as Afghanistan is not implemented ever,means this particular area is free from implementation of any law of the world.The un lawful jurisdiction area which is known as FATA ,WAZIRSTAN etc present in Pakistan is the sign of misgrace for the whole world. Pakistan's weak civilian rulers can't implement law of Pakistan over this area because this un lawful jurisdiction area is the source of income for the retired and on duty army generals,instead of it we can say this area(FATA) is the heaven for the retired and on duty army generals.

America is super power and by this using its powers it have to cut off General Musharraf by the withdrawl of his political duties which is the strong desire of the people of Pakistan,and to force General Musharraf for taking action against the elements present in Pakistan's army as well as intelligence agencies who are using the un lawful jurisdiction(FATA) etc for their own benefits instead of ristricting them under the law of Pakistan.

If General Musharraf wants a diginified path so then he will make decisions in the favour of country instead of his personal desires or wishes,and so he have to quit politics,take army back in barracks by serving as head of the army for few more years,he have to rise the army institution above the division on the basis of regional and religion level by launching operation against these few elements present in Pak Army and to seperate retired army officers from army and intelligence agencies.

Today judiciary is free,only army have to go back to their barracks.If these two institutions i.e judiciary and army work together for the implementation of country's constitution then the implementation of law and constitution on whole Pakistan will be possible.If General Musharraf who is always make decisions for the sake of himself and his rule as he do uptil now then several areas of Pakistan turns into un lawful jurisdiction like as FATA and by this America's perplexity force it to act upon.
